I was looking at needing a new heat pump for my spa with pricing around $1300 upwards, my pump had several issues. WA Rewind suggested repairing might be the best option. The guys had my pump for some time as they needed to get a data cable in to complete testing, their customer service wasn't great but not bad either, standard trade sales. I rated 5 stars and would recommend Rewind because they were able to fix my pump with only charging a labour fee which saved me $$$$. They knew i was prepared to purchase a new pump and therefore i was expecting an inflated quote saying you need this part and because of this we need to charge this ect ect.In the end i think this was an easy fix for them but they did the righty which so many don't.

Had a phone call from Heiner today regarding my multiple battery installation for extremely remote solo operations. Heiner immediately pointed out a more robust option for my requirements, and in doing so probably down-sold himself. Advice from a Pro that saves me time and money and also meets my primary requirement of increasing the durability ( as well as idiot proofing:) ). It's a thing that many businesses don't understand these days....it's called Really Good service. Thank you Perthpro. I just don't know why I didn't book the call before I made the new battery leads......:(

Pool pump was leaking and thought the pump seal was shot, turned out the pump case was cracked, had a second hand one on site and was all done in just over a day, replaced seal while unit was open, very happy with the service and price.

Went to Scooteroo today to upgrade my software and change rear tube tier on my electric scooter. The older guy that wasn’t serving me, I was being served by a younger gentleman who was so helpful!! Comes up and says the job is going to take a minimum of 3 hours because it’s a big job! I found him to be arrogant disrespectful and money hungry!! I walked out disgusted!! You try to support local businesses but found this business unsupportive to locals!!
