As a customer who had a terrible experience with your service, I feel obligated to share my feedback with others who may be considering your business. I had my water pump changed by your mechanics, but they left the screws loose, which resulted in my car almost burning on the highway and losing fluids. This was an extremely dangerous situation and could have resulted in serious injury or even death.When I took my car to another mechanic to have everything reviewed, they found multiple issues caused by your poor workmanship. I had to pay additional money to have the issues fixed, which was completely unacceptable. Your mechanics should have done the job correctly in the first place, and it is your responsibility to make things right when they go wrong.Furthermore, I do not trust your business anymore and will never bring my car back to your shop. Your mechanics demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and care for my safety, and I cannot risk my car or my life by trusting you again. I urge others to be cautious when considering your services, as my experience was a nightmare.Additionally, when I approached your business to claim responsibility for the poor workmanship and the damages caused to my car, I was met with defensive and dismissive responses. Instead of acknowledging the mistakes made by your mechanics and taking steps to make things right, I was simply met with excuses and attempts to shift blame onto others. This was extremely unprofessional.Furthermore, I must address the false claim made by your business that you offer the best prices to Latin people. As a Latin person myself, I was drawn to your business based on this claim, only to find that it was completely untrue. In fact, when I compared your prices with other shops, I found that they were either the same.It is deeply disappointing that your business would make false claims in order to attract customers, only to fail to deliver on these promises. This is not only dishonest, but it also shows a lack of respect for the Latin community and their hard-earned money.

I came to the Tiago shop because I read some recommendations in a group of Latinos in Perth. Honestly, it was the best decision I've made, his quality of service is incredible :), especially since Tiago always seeks to solve car problems by telling you the pros and cons. 100 % recommended!!!

Let me start off by saying coming into the whole car scene when buying my first car and thinking of all sorts of modifications and what places can do what is something that i have absolutely no idea of. I was on the hunt to have someone replace my rear light bar of my kia cerato gt with an LED one. Messaged so many places and no one could do it due to it being to tricky. I stumbled across Tiago Car Technology and i was so thrilled to hear that they can do it. Stepping into his environment i felt so welcomed and valued. Creating a trusting and understanding relationship with them they were precise, knowledgeable and performed their passion of work with care. Their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions instantly put me at ease, leaving me with a sense of trust in their abilities. Tiago took on a hard challenge but had an amazing positive attitude and willingness to get it done to the best of his abilities which left me happy with his work. Took my car here after a friend recommended Tiago. I usually dread my 6 month car service because every time I take my car in (multi-chain mechanic shops) I get quoted an extra $600 in repairs. I usually put my foot down and say I’m going to get a second opinion because my car runs like a dream, I just want to keep the log book up to date. Anyways, take my car to Tiago, he does a beautiful job and says my battery, spark plugs, etc are all fine. Such an honest genuine man. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know.
